I have shown you the easiest way to disable reviews in WooCommerce. But If you are into coding you can do this programmatically as well.
Edit your theme’s functions.php file.

function woo_remove_product_tabs( $tabs ) {
unset( $tabs['reviews'] ); // Remove the reviews tab
